Q: Is all the Jewelry On This Site Handmade by You?
A: Most of it is, but there are several items that were pre-made such as the bangle watches and some other items. Items made by me will have "*THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND HANDMADE ITEM" Displayed on the Item page. If you have a question about an item, please contact me.

Q: How can I Order From You?
A: You can add products to your cart and at Checkout time you will be walked through the Sign up process or you can Sign up for an account by clicking "Login" on the Top Links below the Logo. Once you have an account you will be able to check out the items that you've added to your shopping cart. It will walk you through the process including shipping costs etc.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: PAYPAL, Money Orders, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks. I also accept COD's (Cash On Delivery) if you live in the Houston, TX area.

Q: Can I make my Payment with Cash?
A: Yes, You can make your payment in Cash ONLY if you live in the Houston, TX area and have selected the COD option as payment. If you're mailing your payment PLEASE send Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks ONLY.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: This all depends on your payment. If you pay with PAYPAL, I ship the next business day after I recieve your confirmation. If you pay with Check/Money Order I will ship the 3rd Business Day after your payment has been recieved to verify the funds are good. I ship USPS Parcel Post so once shipped it can take 2-9 days. For COD Orders, I will contact you right away to arrange a Delivery time.

Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: Shipping starts at 4.00.

Q: Why do you charge a minimum of 4.00 for shipping and handling?
A: The majority of the 4.00 goes to covering the actual postage cost of mailing your parcel. Any remaining portion of the money goes towards packaging supplies, paypal fees, etc...

Q: How is your Shipping Price calculated?
A: I base the shipping price depending on the sale price. The minimum shipping price is 4.00 and as your spend more the price may go up. If you spend even more, the price will DROP back down as a Thank You for purchasing more from us. I offer FREE SHIPPING on Orders Over 150.00

Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: At this time I don't send Tracking Numbers.

Q: I have an awesome outfit but I don't see anything that matches it on your site, can you make me something?
A: I can try. You tell me what you would like and I'll try my best to come up with something for you.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Please see The Refund Policy under the Site Map Link.

Q: Where do you get your supplies to make your Jewelry?
A: I get supplies wherever I can find them. Bead Shops, Gem Shows, Garage Sales, Michaels, Hobby Lobby. You name it I probably shop there. If you have some supplies you think I may be interested in, please feel free to contact me. I like Unique Items

Q: Can the Jewelry sets be sold as Individual Pieces?
A: At this time I'd rather not split them up. Wouldn't you rather just have the whole set.
